Purpose: Phene is learning how to become a successful 8th grader. He is being successful when he practices EXPECTED behaviors for a 7th grader. The more he practices the EXPECTED behavior the better he will be at it and the easier it will be for him to act and learn like a 7th grader. Phene is not being successful when he practices UNEXPECTED behaviors for a 7th grader. The more he practices theses behaviors the better he will be at them (like bad habits) and the harder it will be to do the expected behaviors.
Success team: Phene has a team of adults who want to hlep him be successful. They will teach him how to do the EXPECTED BEHAVIORS and how to avoid doing the UNEXPECTED BEHAVIORS. The adults on this team will be:
